How do we analyse trends in large amounts of frequent community feedback?

Artificial Intelligence.

The hardest part of understanding people's opinions is striking the right balance between hearing everything people have to say, and having time to get on with a project.

Eclipse has employed Microsoft Azure AI, a large language model that has the ability to analyse and summarise trends in large amounts of data- in our case, large amounts of complex text from an entire community.

We don't want AI to replace architects listening to communities.

​

We want AI to replace project phases where we can't afford to listen.

What did we change?

The existing system of community consultation and post-occupancy feedback doesn't capture user's' thoughts when they occur...

...so we built a platform that does.
